START: B4059, Avonmouth Way - at junction with Hallen Road on the left (OS Grid Reference: ST560791) FINISH: Napier Miles Road - at entrance to Kings Weston School on the right (OS Grid Referrence: ST544776) Circuit can be viewed at this link: eRecce Severn Bridge Road Race 2019 Route From HQ (postcode BS11 0SU), race neutralised out of St Bede’s Catholic College driveway turning LEFT onto Long Cross (1 RFM and NEG) then climb up Long Cross to the junction with Kings Weston Road. Turn immediately LEFT onto Kings Weston Road (B4057), (1 RFM and NEG) towards Henbury. Follow Kings Weston Road and then bear LEFT into a one-way section of road (Hallen Road, B4059), (1 AM, 2 RFM and NEG). Follow to T-junction with Avonmouth Road  and turn LEFT onto minor road (still Hallen Road, B4059), direction Hallen, (2 AM, 1 RFM and NEG) to RACE START (OS Grid Reference ST560791). Race continues along B4059, fast downhill, to enter Hallen where road turns into Severn Road, B4059. Continue until T-Junction, then turn LEFT onto Chittening Road (A403), direction Avonmouth, M5 (2 AMs and NEG). Follow A403 which bears right and turns into Smoke Lane and turn LEFT (1st exit) at Cabot Park roundabout onto Poplar Way W, (2 AMs and NEG). Follow road to next large roundabout where turn RIGHT (3rd exit) onto Merebank Road (3 AMs and NEG). Follow Merebank Road passing four central road bollards (1 RFM on each) to T-junction where turn LEFT onto Kings Weston Lane towards Lawrence Weston (2 AMs and NEG).  Race follows Kings Weston Lane to traffic calming (1 AM, 1 RFM and NEG) then up to roundabout at Long Cross and proceeds STRAIGHT ON (2nd exit), direction Lawrence Weston, Sea Mills (2 AMs, 1 RFM and NEG).  Continuing on Kings Weston Lane, past bollard by Tufton Ave (1 RFM and NEG) then turn LEFT onto Napier Miles Road (2 AMs and NEG), direction Henbury, to RACE FINISH, Napier Miles Road at entrance to Kings Weston School on the right (OS Grid Referrence: ST544776), (1 AMs and NEG).  Continue along Napier Miles Road to T-Junction and turn LEFT onto Kings Weston Road (B4057), direction Henbury (2 AMs and NEG).  Follow Kings Weston Road through Pelican Crossing TRAFFIC LIGHTS by Long Cross Junction (1 RFM and NEG) and then bear LEFT into a one-way section of road (Hallen Road, B4059), (1 AM, 2 RFM and NEG). Follow to T-junction with Avonmouth Road  and turn LEFT onto minor road (still Hallen Road, B4059), direction Hallen, (2 AM, 1 RFM and NEG) to RACE START again and complete the circuit. The race finishes after crossing the finishing line on Napier Miles Road for the 8th time, lap of 12.5km, total 8.8 laps and 110km.
