Olveston circuit description

Key: AM = Accredited Marshal, RFM = Red Flag Marshal

Depart race HQ at Marlwood School turn RT onto circuit, Vattingstone Lane B4461 (2xAM + NEG), neutralised for 0.5km. Race starts. Continue on B4461 through Elberton Village (1xAM at bottom of hill, 1RFM at central road bollard and 1xRFM at start of village). After 2.5km turn LT off Redhill Lane (2xAM + NEG), onto Aust Rd (unclassified) to Olveston (1xAM + 2RFM + NEG), road narrows, and Tockington at 6.5km (2xRFM + NEG), turn LT on to Old Down Hill (2xAM), then turn RT at summit and cross roads at 7.5km (3xAM + NEG). On to finish line after a further 1km, The Crescent, Village Green  beside bus shelter (1xAM + NEG to protect riders from on-coming traffic for Finish). Continue on circuit, after 2km turn LT at Cross Roads (Cross Hands Inn, Alveston, 2xAM + NEG) onto Vattingstone Lane B4461 to pass HQ. 

Race finishes after crossing the FINISH line on the 11^th occasion. Lap distance 11km, race distance 120km.
